Fee Payment Policy

Ganapathy Chettiar CBSE Senior Secondary School maintains a transparent and structured fee system to ensure smooth functioning and timely resource allocation.

Fee Structure & Schedule

Academic Fees must be paid in three terms:

  • Term 1 – At the time of admission/reopening (June)
  • Term 2 – Before end of August
  • Term 3 – Before end of December

Modes of Payment

  • At the school office via cash/card
  • Through bank transfer or UPI (details provided at the time of admission)

Late Fee Policy

  • A fine of ₹50 per week will be charged for payments delayed beyond the due date.
  • Repeated delay in fee payment may result in temporary suspension of report cards, examination hall tickets, or access to school activities.

Fee Receipt

  • Parents must ensure collection and preservation of fee receipts for future reference.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Admission fee, registration fee, and any part of term fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fee Concession/Scholarships

  • Limited concessions may be provided for siblings or based on merit. Applications must be submitted at the beginning of the academic year with proper documentation.
